Serving the Officers
NATIONAL POLICE FEDERATION ANNUAL SURVEY OF PAY AND MORALE IN SERVICE
who serve the communities of Lancashire
The National Police Federation are beginning an annual survey of pay and morale in the service. We launched this survey last year, to collect data in preparation for our submission to the new Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB).
This year, we are repeating some questions, to allow us to track trends in officers' attitudes. We are also introducing new questions, to ensure that officers have a voice on upcoming matters that the PRRB are considering. This evidence can also be used more widely, to lobby on your behalf.
The survey will remain on our website for approximately four weeks, and we would be grateful if you could take the time to complete it.
Last year over 30,000 officers responded and a good response rate will increase the weight given to the survey by the PRRB. The survey does take 15 minutes to complete so please keep going to the end of it.
