Rachel Baines

JBB Discipline Leader

Rachel Baines joined Lancashire Police in 1993 and has been involved in Lancashire Police Federation since 2003 when she was elected to Uniform Sergeants Representative in Eastern Division.

In the last six years Rachel spent a year as a trustee to the Federation Funds and also became Vice chair of the Sergeants Branch Board.

Rachel spent two years as the Equality leader, before becoming the Discipline leader in January this year. Rachel has been a full time official since January 2008.
