How do I get it?

You'll need to be new to us or ready for an upgrade. You must also buy a plan directly from us - in one of our stores, by phone or on our website. This doesn't include plans bought through any of our partners (such as Phones 4U, Carphone Warehouse and Quidco).

What do you do next?

You'll need to apply for your discount within 30 days. You can do this in either of two ways:

1. Complete our online form to get your discount for the length of your plan - and give us your work email address.

If you're applying for the discount on behalf of friends and family, you'll need to complete a form for each one, and ask for the discount within 30 days of them buying or upgrading.

2. Pop in to your nearest Vodafone store with your work ID badge or a recent payslip.

How will you know you've been given the discount?

Once you've submitted your form, you'll get an email from us. Just follow the link to confirm your email address and we'll be in touch soon after this to let you know we've added your discount.

If you change or upgrade your plan after this, you'll need to apply for your discount again using the online form. Need more info? Take a look at our terms and conditions
